I guide you through charting, interpreting cycle biomarkers, and applying this knowledge to achieve your unique fertility goals: contraception, pregnancy or body literacy.

preconception care
A comprehensive appointment focused on preparing you for pregnancy. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle factors, and family planning goals. I can provide referrals for blood tests if needed, guidance on optimal nutrition and supplementation, and strategies for emotional well-being to give you the best start on your parenthood journey.
