In these sessions we explore your menstrual cycle in depth, helping you to identify signs of fertility and understand your body’s natural patterns. I guide you through charting, interpreting cycle biomarkers, and applying this knowledge to achieve your unique fertility goals; contraception, pregnancy or body literacy.
Initial appointment $155.00, then $120.00 for follow-up. Medicare rebates are not currently available for this service. I offer gift cards in my online retail store, should you wish to give the gift of fertility awareness counselling to a loved one.
preconception care
A comprehensive appointment focused on preparing you for pregnancy. We’ll review your health history, lifestyle factors, and family planning goals. I can provide referrals for blood tests if needed, guidance on optimal nutrition and supplementation, and strategies for emotional wellbeing to give you the best start on your parenthood journey.
