Full-continuum care is a requirement of booking my birth support services. Full-continuum care involves a commitment to receive a minimum number of antenatal and postnatal appointments, in alignment with the schedule below. The minimum number of appointments will be adjusted based on your gestational age at booking. The minimum care requirement is in place to ensure that:

• clients who book birth support services receive adequate care throughout their pregnancy and postpartum;

• we can build a professional, trusting relationship synonymous with continuity of care, and;

• I am adequately compensated when taking on birth support clients.

The table below reflects the minimum care schedule. On the left-hand side, your gestational age indicates the minimum number of appointments required. You are welcome to schedule additional appointments, either antenatally or postnatally, if you wish.
